Our prior email host disabled the SMTP service because of customers sending SPAM. Their solution: change the passwords. We called Link Techs and they had a server up for us in under 5 minutes!
But wait, there's more! The transition was seamless. We just pointed our MX record to the new server and our customers started working again. As their clients accessed POP on the Link Techs server, it set up an account with the same credentials on the new server and retrieved mail from the old. The customers didn't even know the transition was going on.
As if that wasn't enough, they kept constant contact with us to make sure that everything was going smoothly and that we were happy with the new system. We got the kind of individual attention we would expect if we were their only customer!
